System administrators have the ability to change other users' passwords. When the user logs in for the first time since the change, they will be prompted to change their password again to something more secure.
To change a user's password:
Go to Settings.
2. Go to User Management.
3. Select the key icon in the row of the user for the password change.
4. You'll need to enter your own password once and their new password twice, then select Change.
