When invoices are sent in to your capture email address (either Manual or Auto) it will generally take a few minutes for invoices to appear on your Create tab. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes depending on your local settings and other external factors. File size can also be a factor on waiting time.

Should you find that invoices sent in have not appeared within 30-45 minutes please contact our support desk for further assistance.
