Sage APA subscription fees are billed directly by Sage. Billing information is submitted by Beanworks to Sage who then process and issue the invoices directly to the end customer.

Note Payment transaction fees (non Nvoicepay) and the Expense module are billed directly by Beanworks. Therefore if you are a Sage APA customer who uses the Payments and/or Expense module you should expect to receive 1 invoice for your subscription from Sage directly, 1 invoice from Beanworks for your monthly Payment transactions and 1 invoice from Beanworks for access to the Expense module.
