The expense module is available to a selected few customers. If you are interested to learn more, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to your customer success manager. Receipt management is not a separate module, but is part of the expense module.
On the mobile app, receipt image is mandatory. Data for lost receipt can not be added. In order to claim the lost receipt please use the web app.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: View a list of expense reports
Reports in different statuses (open, rejected, submitted and reimbursed) can be viewed.
STEP 2: Submit an open report
Please note, if the report has any incomplete receipt then you will not be allowed to submit the report.
STEP 3: Delete a report
You have the option to delete a report. When you delete a report, the receipts associated with the report moves into the unreported status.
