The first step is to ensure that you have not used the maximum number of Lanpak licenses from Sage. Once you've confirmed this, please follow the steps below.

1. Open the Services application on your computer. You can locate this by searching "Services" in your Start menu. If your SyncTool is installed on a server you may need your IT team to assist with this.

2. Search for "Sage AP Automation SyncTool Client" within the list of services.

3. Right click on this service and select Restart.

4. Once this finishes, run another sync.
