Some accounting systems and people's computer environments require that our sync tool is Run As the Windows Administrator. If your windows account has UAC enabled it could potentially block our tool from connecting to your accounting system.

It's possible for you to just right click on the Sync Tool Icon and select Run as Administrator.

To permanently have the sync tool run as the admin you'll need to completed the following steps. You might need your IT group assistance to complete these steps. 

You'll need to go to the following location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Beanworks SyncTool

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\SageAPA SyncTool


Locate the executable file (.exe) Right Click on the file and go to Properties.  

Select the Compatibility tab. 

Check the Run this program as an administrator option and Apply.

You may be prompted to enter the Admin password along those steps which your IT Admin will have access too.
