Cause

You might experience this error when syncing invoices exported from SageAPA into Sage 50. While you'll see that lists are syncing as normal. 

This error is a little ambiguous in that it simply means our sync tool wasn't able to complete a Sync with Sage 50 US. 

Resolution

If you're repeatedly getting this error when syncing exports from SageAPA to Sage, then check the Sage US username and password entered into the tool on the integration tab of the tool. In order for the tool to sync exports into Sage 50 this information needs to be correct. To retrieve lists such as vendor, accounts, etc the Sage credentials don't need to be correct.

Please ensure that you have Sage 50 open for the correct company that you're trying to sync.
