This error means the sync was successful until the tool connected to the server where the connection was halted.
Typically either the SFTP Username and Password details entered into the tool area incorrect.
Double-check they’ve entered them correctly. Also, check that a “Space” character hasn’t been copied and pasted in before or after the Username or Password (often happens).
Please note not to enter your username and password given to you to log into the Beanworks site. The SFTP username, password, port number and server address are given to you by your Implementation Specialist. System Admins can request this information from support via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
