Cause

In the Beanworks Sync Tool you may have the year set incorrectly. If you are using Quickbooks 2014 or later, then please set the year in the Beanworks Sync Tool as "2014".

Resolution

  • In the sync tool select the "Company Name" and go to the "Quickbooks" tab and select "Edit" in the bottom left hand corner.
  • Enter the Quickbooks Version Year as "2014" even if you're using a later year and press "Save"
  • Otherwise if you're using 2013 or earlier please enter that specific year in the field. Below example is a client using Quickbooks 2012.
